Cara is also the author and composer of 8 full scale rock musicals. Cara's shows have been produced in major theaters, synagogues, summer camps, religious schools, Jewish and secular high schools, JCC's, and drama clubs all across the country and Canada.

Cara Freedman is a highly acclaimed, award winning composer for Jewish Chilren's Theater. Her innovative theater programs in San Diego have trained thousands of young Jewish actors and actresses over the past 20 years.
